The sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda are attentive to five layers of self: Bliss, Wisdom, Emotional, Astral, Physical. In order to refresh all layers we need to go within to clear the dust that’s accumulated over time. 

 

This guided meditative journey will help you to...

 

  • see the ways your thinking might be limiting you.

  • identifying and releasing emotions that enable you to be triggered by the world.

  • tap into your intuition so that you notice and trust the direction your soul desires.

Acknowledging and releasing built up “toxins” in these layers of self will help you feel lighter, clearer and more inspired to live a life that is healthy and in tune with your true essence.

This 90 minute meditation session can be done in person or at a distance.

​

If we’re in person, I’ll smudge you with herbs and oils and give you a sound bath.

 

If we’re at a distance I will burn herbs and candles on my altar to support you. 

​

This session includes integration and follow up practices to help you optimize the results.
