Service Description

I love yoga, I have been studying it since I was twelve. It has carried me through pregnancy, delivery and post partum self care. It has helped me heal a burn injury that was predicted to leave me unable to walk! It has helped me through so many difficult emotional times and has given me the ability to love and understand my body. If you're too shy to go to the gym or just want close, personal attention this class is for you! I have enough space in my office for myself and three students, so if you want to do yoga with a partner or friend I can accommodate that too. Whether you have an injury or are at a challenging place in life or just want a deep dive into yoga I am here for you. Lasya means beautiful dance. I like to focus on flow between poses or deep, relaxing, holding of poses to help your body and nervous system release stress. We will construct classes according to your specific needs and end with ten minutes of deep relaxation. If you're interested, ask about my yoga workbook. I can also create a daily practice for you or suggest mantras if that is something you're interested in.
